A Commercial Workplace project to redesign the attraction to large short term leases within this Grade II listed commercial premises on Bloomsbury Street. The project was at an early concept design stage and the role was to provide Options to the Client to consider redevelopment of the current work place.
The main aspect of this requirement was to be able to increase the amount of office floor space that could be rented to individual short term lease holders, and to refurbish particular areas within the building to provide a new modern finish, highlighting architectural features within the building. The main entrance was to be opened up to fully incorporate the architectural elegance and grandeur within the existing design, building heights and heritage. The work is now completed, and our Client is now benefitting from the improved spatial environment.
