Provision of architect’s services to a super prime property developer for completion of a magnificent £40million townhouse in Knightsbridge. Our property developer client had acquired planning permission to reconfigure a beautiful Richard Norman Shaw Grade II listed property with aspects of Architectural and Interior Design from several converted flats into a single dwelling townhouse.
The purchase of an adjacent property enabled the Client to develop the property with a significant increase in Net Internal Area, and to create a Main House and Mews House with a range of spaces and facilities. There was a range of Consultants involved, Structural Engineer, M&E Engineer, Lighting Consultant, Audio/Visual Consultant, Specialist Spa and Pool Consultant, and bespoke Suppliers and Specialists. We worked with the Client’s in house Interior Design Team to advise and coordinate the construction packages, and to deliver drawings, specifications, and contractor liaison for the project.
