Simone de Gale Architects as part of West London Link Design presented the “Hammersmith Flyunder” project in the Mayor’s Foyer at Hammersmith Town Hall on the 30th April 2013.
Nick Botterill, leader of Hammersmith and Fulham Council, spoke at the event giving his full support.
Over one hundred people attended, including H&F Councillors, MP’s and local residents, to view the designs, and to discuss the radical proposals further.
The current proposal is to build a tunnel between Hogarth Roundabout and Earl’s Court, replacing the crumbling flyover and creating large areas of land for future development.
