Provision of architect’s services to a super prime property developer for completion of a magnificent £40million townhouse in Knightsbridge.  Our property developer client had acquired planning permission to reconfigure a beautiful Richard Norman Shaw Grade II listed property with aspects of Architectural and Interior Design from several converted flats into a single dwelling townhouse.

The development was to redesign the original boiler rooms within the basement and create a shared flexible co-working office for rent to new start-up businesses and small companies.
